POLITIQUE DE RETOUR<\/b><\/h2>

Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la l\u00e9gislation europ\u00e9enne, le client dispose d\u2019un d\u00e9lai de <\/span>14 jours<\/b> \u00e0 compter de la r\u00e9ception pour exercer son droit de r\u00e9tractation, sans avoir \u00e0 justifier de motifs.<\/span><\/p>

2. Conditions de retour<\/b><\/h3>

Les produits doivent \u00eatre retourn\u00e9s <\/span>dans leur \u00e9tat d\u2019origine<\/b>non utilis\u00e9s et dans leur emballage d\u2019origine.<\/span>
<\/span> En raison de l\u2019utilisation de mat\u00e9riaux r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9s, de l\u00e9g\u00e8res marques ou variations <\/span>ne sont pas consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme des d\u00e9fauts<\/b> et n\u2019affectent pas le droit de retour.<\/span><\/p>

3. Frais de retour<\/b><\/h3>

Les frais de retour sont \u00e0 la charge du client, sauf en cas de produit d\u00e9fectueux ou erreur de livraison.<\/span><\/p>

4. Remboursement<\/b><\/h3>

Le remboursement sera effectu\u00e9 dans un d\u00e9lai de <\/span>14 jours<\/b> apr\u00e8s r\u00e9ception du produit retourn\u00e9, selon le m\u00eame mode de paiement utilis\u00e9 lors de la commande.<\/span><\/p>
